Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies - Liz
2 cups of butter
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
2 cups of applesauce
4 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla
4 cups flour
5 cups of oatmeal which has been blended
1 large box of chocolate pudding
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
24 oz. chocolate chips
can add 3/4 cups of nuts if you'd like
cream butter & sugars, then add applesauce eggs and vanilla
mix all dry ingredients together, combine with above
add chocolate chips at very end
bake at 375 for 11 minutes
note: make sure consistency isn't too dry ( add more applesauce ) or too wet
Makes lots of cookies
